Description

This course is the first step in the success of the Education Consultant. Suitable for any role that works with the Career Development Student, the course walks the participant through each step of an Initial Call from the prospect. You will learn how to build rapport, ask open ended questions and actively listen to build value of the consultation and gain commitment to the first appointment.
