NHU-IFT - Initial Franchise Training

This initial five-day training is a required course for all new Owners and General Managers of a New Horizons Center. IFT educates new Owners and General Managers about how to operate and manage a New Horizons Center using the world-renowned business model. These core principles and established procedure will help facilitate the long-term success of your center. Topics include: -Sales & Marketing -Operations and Training -Accounting -Information Technology -Products and Programs. Appropriate proprietary information and related materials, which you can use to train your staff will be provided.
