Developing a strategic plan is a familiar exercise in corporations. However, most are not so accustomed to implementing a strategic plan, or are not accustomed to doing so consistently. This course covers the basics of strategy, strategic planning, and implementing a strategic plan, by focusing on strategic planning drivers and competencies that are essential for success.
