This is a foundational course explaining what CompTIA is and what the A+, Network + & Security + courses are. Following the curriculum will prepare students to sell CompTIA courses effectively by understanding each of the course curricula, audiences and specific terminology. Students are asked to conduct role plays to activate their knowledge and get ready to speak to their prospects. Finally, they will prepare a call planner for a real opportunity. Throughout, the Sales Manager needs to be ready to help the salesperson with learning by being their coach.
