The New Horizons Sales Process is the the template for creating a Coaching Model for Sales Mangers addressing AE Behavior and Skill develoment. Learn to use the Selling Framework to determine where and why an AE is not performing successfully. Recall appropriate coaching questions to use at each stage of the Selling Framework and use CRM (Opprotunity view) to validate stage completion and transition.
