NHU252 - Train The Trainer - Planning and Preparing for a New Horizons Event

This course, the second in a series of five, will walk you through how to prepare the delivery of a class at New Horizons. You will internalize the New Horizons Training Absolutes and be capable of comparing the New Horizons 3T’s with others 3 T’s. You’ll learn to write Learning Objectives, prepare a Pre-Event Assessment, a teaching outline and the requirements for your “board”. Finally, you’ll learn the proper techniques of an ‘Attend’: that time you get to observe a seasoned New Horizons Instructor deliver a class you are ‘prepping’.
